摘　　要：研究了酸性媒介染料染毛织物的剥色工艺。通过测定剥色后织物的K/S值、手感和胀破强力等指标,探讨了还原剂用量、剥色助剂的种类及其用量、剥色时间及剥色温度对剥色效果的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验的方法,得出了酸性媒介染料染毛织物的优化剥色工艺。The stripping methods and process of wool fabrics dyed with the acid mordant dyes were researched in this paper. The concentration of reductant, the types and dosages of striping auxiliaries, the treatment temperature and time were determined by measuring the K/ S value, bursting strength and handling of the stripped wool fabrics. The available process and the optimized formula for the stripping of wool fabrics were obtained within the laboratory conditions.
