摘 要:介绍了酶应用于羊毛染整加工中的催化作用原理及与羊毛的作用原理,重点讨论了在羊毛前处理方面包括酶在羊毛除杂和羊毛漂白中的应用情况,在羊毛染色包括在羊毛低温染色以及作为羊毛染色助剂中的应用情况,酶在羊毛防毡缩方面存在的问题和羊毛酶法防毡缩的研究方向,酶在羊毛柔软改性方面及羊毛丝光改性处理和起毛起球处理方面的应用情况等。认为酶加工不仅符合环保的要求,对拓展羊毛纺织品的应用领域有着重要的意义。This paper first gives brief introduction to the mechanisms of enzyme catalysis, principle of interaction between enzyme and wool with stress put on discussing the application of bioenzyme technology in wool textile pretreatment: removing weeds and other vegetable impurities from the wool and bleaching of wool through enzymatic treatment, the application of bioenzyme technology in wool textile dyeing: biological enzyme in the low-temperature dyeing process of wool and enzyme as dyeing assistant of wool, existing problems and developmental trend for enzyme in anti- felting treatment of wool, application of bioenzyme technology in wool softening modification, application of bioenzyme technology in wool mercerizing modification and anti-pilling It points out that the processs of enzyme not only meets with the requirments of environment protection and but also widenes the application field of wool textile.
