新型高乳化性能和毛油的制备

摘　　要：研制了一种用特殊阳离子表面活性剂作为原料的新型和毛油,通过正交试验对其生产工艺进行优化,确定乳化温度20℃,乳化时间80 min的最佳生产条件。该和毛油性能全面,适合各种纤维,具有使纤维更柔软和更有弹性的功能。同时也可提高纤维间抱合力、平滑性和抗静电性等,乳化能力极强,与水可以任意比例混溶。In this paper, it studied a new wool oil, which used a special cationic surface active agent as material. By the orthogonal tests, the optimal conditions were worked out, they were emulsification temperature 20℃, time 80 min. The wool oil suits all kinds of fibers, can make the fibers soft and stretchy. It also can enhance the holding force, smoothness and antistatic performance of fibers. The wool oil can dissolve in water with any ratio.
