摘　　要：针对粗纺针织羊绒纱生产流程短,疵点弥补能力弱的特点,从车间温湿度、设备、和毛、梳毛、细纱、络筒、并线、倍捻等方面的工艺管理与质量控制入手,分析探讨提高纱线质量的工艺控制和综合对策,建立深层次的理论系统,给生产提供理论依据和指导。Along with the textile quality elevation from market demands, to analyze and improve the yam quality property is an important task for textile technicians. Because of the short flow of the production of cashmere yarns and characteristic of weak flaw remedy, from the view of technics management and quality control, this article analyzed the temperature and humidity of plant, equipment, blending, carding, spinning, winding, doubling, double twisting and so on, discussed the technics and measurements to improve the quality of cashmere yams, set up profound theory system.
