摘  要:以国产拉伸细化羊毛为研究对象,对其外观结构、性能特征、沸水回缩、染色性能指标进行了观测、测试、试验及研究。结果表明:细化后羊毛纤维细度减少3-4μm,长度伸长50%左右,由于其外观和结构的变化,使其具备了优良的性能特征,具有真丝般的光泽、羊绒般的手感及很好的丝光防缩性能。文章还提出了其产品加工工程控制原则。The domestic slenderized wool is a kind of new giber, which is made through physical stretching along common wool, with elongation approximately 50 % and diameter 3 - 4 μm less than counterparts. Thanks to the appearance and structural change, the domestic slenderized wool is proved to have series of prominent characters. This paper is centered on the superior properties of our domestic slenderized wool after fully testing: observation, experimentation, and comparison analysis, which is aimed at working over its properties, appearance, structure, according its boiling shrinkage and dyeing performance. All data indicate that stretched wool lays out silky luster, cashmere feeling, and much more superior shrinkage-resist performance than common one. Moreover, the paper puts forward some basic rules on manufacture processing.
