阿狄森病患者外周血白细胞性激素受体的改变及意义

摘　　要：应用放射配体结合法检测16例阿狄森病患者外周血白细胞雌激素受体（ER）和雄激素受体（AR），同时用放射免疫分析检测血浆雌二醇（E2）和睾酮（T）水平，结果如下：1）阿狄森病患者血浆E2高于对照组，但无统计学意义，血浆T无明显改变，E2／T比值明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）；2）阿狄森病患者白细胞ER明显高于对照组（P＜0．01），AR轻度降低（P＞005），ER／AR比值明显高于对照组（P＜001）。以上结果提示ER和ER／AR比值的改变在阿狄森病的发生发展过程中可能起一定作用。The binding capacity of estrogen receptor (ER)and androgen receptor (AR) in peripheral leukocytes from 16 cases of Addison's disease were measured with radioligand binding assay and the level of estradiol (E2 ) and testosterone (T) in the plasma was simultaneously detected with radioimmunoassay. The results were as follows: 1) plasma E2 level in Addison's disease was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant. The plasma T in both groups showed no significant change, while E2/T ratio in Addison's disease was higher than that of the control (P < 0. 05); 2 ) ER in Addison's disease was significantly higher than that of the controls (P < 0. 01 ) and AR was slightly lower than that of the healthy group (P > 0. 05 ).ER/AR ratio of the patients was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P< 0. 01 ).It is suggested that the changes of ER and ER/AR ratio may be related with the pathogenesis of Addison's disease.
