摘 要:通过X射线衍射,拉曼散射和红外光谱,研究了多晶Pr1-xSr1+xCoO4不同掺杂(x=0~0.5)的晶体结构.随着锶掺杂量的增加,拉曼散射谱的变化规律归因于沿c轴方向电声相互作用的增强.而红外强度随频率的相反变化来自ab面内电声相互作用的减弱.电阻率及热电势随掺杂量的增加发生了显著的变化,这是由于载流子浓度的增加.对于Pr0.7Sr1.3CoO4样品,拉曼散射,红外吸收谱及电阻表现出特殊的性质.Powder X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering and infrared spectra at different doping (x = 0 - 0.5) on polycrystalline Pr1-xSr1 +xCoO4 were performed. With x increasing, the shift of Raman scattering spectra is due to the strength of electron-phonon interaction along c-axis. While the contrary variation of Infra- red in wavenumber come from the weakening electron-phonon interactions in ab plane. There is a dramatic variation in resistivity as x increases, which is also caused by increasing carrier concentration and related to the band shift. For Pr0.7Sr1.3CoO4 it shows some special characteristics in the Raman scattering,infrared spectra and the temperature dependence of resistivity.
