Osteoset医用硫酸钙颗粒在四肢骨缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察Osteoset医用硫酸钙颗粒治疗四肢骨缺损的临床效果。方法应用Osteoset医用硫酸钙颗粒作为骨移植替代物治疗33例因外伤和良性肿瘤导致的四肢骨缺损病人,通过影像学方法观察其成骨作用。结果所有病例均获随访,平均随访时间7个月。Osteoset医用硫酸钙颗粒植入后1-3个月开始吸收,4-6个月完全吸收并被新生骨组织替代。结论Osteoset医用硫酸钙颗粒是一种成骨性能优良的骨移植替代材料。Objective To investigate the effect of medical grade calcium sulfate pellets （Osteoset） on bone defect in extremities. Methods Thirty patients with bone defects in extremities caused by benign tumor or trauma were treated with Osteoset as a bone graft substitute, its osteogenesis was evaluated by imaging modality. The mean follow up was seven months. Results The absorption of Osteoset started from 1--3 months after operation, and was replaced completely by regenerated osseous tissue after 4--6 months. Conclusion Osteoset is an ideal hone graft substitute with excellent osteogenesis.
