摘　　要：本文根据独特性-抗独特性免疫网络学说的理论，探讨Graves病发病机理。本文用hTSH免疫家兔制备了抗TSH抗体（TSHAb1）并进行纯化。用纯化后的TSHAb1作为免疫源，免疫豚鼠获得了抗TSHAb1的抗独特型抗体（TSHAb2），并从免疫、生物活性方面进行鉴定，证明所制备出的抗体TSHA2有类似TSH样的功能。According to the theory of Id - anti - Id immunity network, an approach of the machanism of Graves diease was made. First of all, we immuned rabbit with hTSH and got the anti - TSH antibody. Then we immuned puinea pig by using purified anti - TSH antibody and obtained anti - TSH anti - idiotype antibody(TSHAb2), which was identified by its immunolgical and biological activity. It was proved the function of TSHAb2 is similar to that of TSH.
