摘　　要：确定了竹原纤维/丝/棉毛巾织物的练漂和Novacron FN染料溢流染色工艺,即染色温度70℃,保温时间60 min;Na2SO4用量浅色6～12 g/L,中色为12～40 g/L;Na2CO3用量浅色5～10 g/L,中色12～15 g/L。针对生产中出现的色点、色花和两相不匀等问题,提出了严格控制漂白工艺,选择提升力相近的染料和分次加盐等相应的解决措施。Wet processing of bamboo/silk/cotton towel fabric was defined. Overflow dyeing with Novacron FN dyestuffs were carried out at 70℃ for 60 minutes, for pale shade, 6 - 12 g/L sodium sulfate and 5 - 10 g/L soda ash were needed, while for medium shade, 12-40 g/L sodium sulfate and 12 - 15 g/L soda ash were needed. Reasons for formation of dyeing defects and color deviation were analyzed, solving methods were put forward, such as strictly controlling bleaching conditions, selection of dyes with similar building-up and salt adding separately.
