棉/涤仿牛仔布的加工与开发

摘　　要：对全棉色织牛仔布和棉/涤交织仿牛仔布两种织物的特点和加工流程,进行了比较;探讨了棉/涤仿牛仔布的加工工艺(平幅精练、预缩、预定形、染色等);从原料、组织、颜色品种和染整加工等方面,分析了其加工过程中的主要难点和基本解决方法。Technological processes of all cotton yarn-dyed denim and denim-like polyester/cotton mixture were compared, key points in processing of the latter fabric were analyzed, such as open-width scouring, pre-shrinking, pre-setting and dyeing. Problems were solved in the respects of raw material, structure, color, dyeing and finishing.
