摘 要:研究分散黄23,分散橙149,分散黄7和苏丹红3等四种可分解4氨-基偶氮苯的染料在不同条件下的还原效果,以及4氨-基偶氮苯进一步的还原趋势。结果表明,用以检测4-氨基偶氮苯的合适的还原条件为:连二亚硫酸钠用量0.5~1.5 mL,氢氧化钠溶液浓度1%~2%,反应温度40℃,反应时间30 min。染料还原率最高可达100%,最低约为60%;4氨-基偶氮苯的得率最高为50%,最低为10%。In this paper, four dyes of disperse yellow 23, disperse orange 149, disperse yellow 7 and Sudan III were selected to test their chemical reduction to 4-aminoazibenzene under different conditions, and further reduction of 4-aminoazibenzene was analyzed. Various factors on dye reduction were analyzed, such as concentration of caustic soda, amount of sodium dithionite, reaction time and temperature. Experiments demonstrated that 4-aminazobenzene could be properly determined under optimized conditions with 0. 5 - 1.5mL aquesous sodium dithionite solution, 1% -2%sodium hydroxyl solution and reductive reaction at 40℃ for 30 minutes. Reductive ratio of the analyzed dyes differed greatly, ranging from 60% to 100%. Besides, the different rate, with the maximum value of 50% and minimum of 10% of 4-aminoazobenzene was obtained in this system.
