摘 要:对保山烟区烤烟总糖与植烟土壤有机质含量的分布特征及相互关系进行分析,结果表明:保山烟区烤烟上、中、下3部位烟叶总糖含量平均值分别为29.22%,30.65%,25.45%,3部位烟叶总糖含量都较高。3个部位总糖含量的变异系数是下部叶〉中部叶〉上部叶,变异系数在14%~25%之间,其中下部叶的变异系数较大。保山各县区烟叶总糖含量的高低顺序是:昌宁县(29.72%)〉施甸县(28.46%)〉隆阳区(27.42%)〉腾冲县(26.68%)〉龙凌县(25.94%)。保山烟区土壤有机质含量较丰富,平均为(32.43±12.38)g/kg,变幅为1.50~148.10g/kg,存在广泛的变异,其变异系数达33.34%。除腾冲县外土壤有机质含量介于20~25g/kg的土壤样品数量最多,腾冲县土壤有机质含量〉50g/kg的土壤样品数最多,占其样品总数的53.39%。总体来看,保山各县(区)植烟土壤有机质含量,以施甸县、隆阳区、昌宁县较为适宜。分析保山烟区土壤有机质和烟叶总糖含量之间的关系,表明土壤有机质和中部烟叶总糖含量符合二次曲线关系(Y=-0.0124x^2+0.801x+17.187.R^2=0.6583^**)。Using the flue-cured tobacco and soil samples in 2005 -2006 from the Baoshan tobacco- growing areas in Yunnan province as test materials, the distribution and relationship between the content of total sugar in flue-cured tobacco leaf and soil organic matter were studied in this paper. The results showed that: ( 1 ) The content of total sugar in flue-cured tobacco leaf was high in total in Baoshart different tobacco-growing areas, and those of the upper, middle and lower leaves were 29.22%, 30. 65%, 25.45% respectively. The variation coefficients of total sugar content in different position leaves were in the order of lower leaves 〉 middle leaves 〉 upper leaves and ranged from 14% to 25 %. The order of total sugar content in Baoshan different tobacco-growing areas was Changning County (29. 72%) 〉 Shidian County (28.46%) 〉 Longyang district (27.42%) 〉 Tengchong County (26.68%) 〉 Longling County (25.94%). (2) Soil organic matter was high in Baoshan tobaccogrowing areas and ranged from 1.50 g/kg to 148.10 g/kg with a mean of (32.43 ± 12.38) g/kg and variation coefficient of 53.34%. Except Tengchong County, soil organic matter of most samples ranged from 20 to 25 g/kg. Soil organic matter of the samples exceeding 50 g/kg in Tengchong County accounted for 53.39%. On the whole, the soil organic matter content in Shidian County, Longyang district and Changning County was more suitable. (3) The relationships between the total sugar content in flue-cured tobacco middle leaves and the organic matter content in soil could be described by quadratic equation model (y = -0.0124x^2+ 0.801x + 17. 187, R^2= 0.6583 ^**).
