摘  要:目的探讨不同性质肠神经活性物质在淤血性肠炎反应中的变化,为临床诊治肠功能紊乱提供依据。方法取成年新西兰大白兔20只,随机分为实验组和对照组。人工夹闭实验组兔门静脉1 h,造成肠淤血炎症反应。12 h后处死动物,距幽门15 cm处切取小肠标本,免疫组化SP法检测脑啡肽(ENK)、神经降压素(NT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、神经肽Y(NPY)的表达。结果实验组ENK、NT的表达明显高于对照组(t=18.067、4.174,P<0.01),而实验组VIP、NPY的表达与对照组无明显差异(t=0.960、1.976,P>0.05)。结论在淤血性肠炎反应中,兴奋性神经递质ENK、NT的表达明显升高,而抑制性神经递质VIP、NPY的表达无明显变化,表明该过程中肠神经系统以兴奋性作用为主。Objective To study the changes of neuropeptide secreted by enteric nervous system in enteritis. Methods Twenty adult New Zealand albino rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The portal vein was clamped for one hour in the experiment group to induce intestinal congestive inflammation. The rats were sacrificed 12 hours later, an intestine segment 15 cm distal to pylorus was obtained and immunohistoehemistry technique used to study the expression of ENK, NT, VIP and NPY. Results The expressions of ENK, NT in the experimental were significantly higher than that in the control (P〈0.01), but the expressions of VIP and NPY were not significantly different between the two groups (P〉 0.05). Conclusion During the progress of enteritis, the exciting neuropeptide is predominantly secreted by enteric nervous system, while the inhibitory neuropeptide does not change much.
