摘 要:对油松开花同步性、配子贡献和16个主要数量性状遗传水平的研究表明,无性系间的平均开花同步指数间有较大差异,开花同步指数的总平均值为0.569;配子贡献不同无性系差异较大,少数无性系对于配子库没有贡献;主分量分析的结果把16个性状浓缩成第1主成分雄花因子,第2主成分1年生球果数量因子,第3主成分球果形状因子;通径分析显示雄花和雌花的数量对于球果产量决定系数分别为0.43和0.363,均达到极显著水平.Studies were conducted on the genetic variation of Pinus taburaeformis flowering synchronization, gametic contribution and 16 quantitative traits. The results indicated that there was significant difference between clonal flower synchronization indexes, with a total average value of flower synchronization inesx of 0. 569 ; The difference of gamete contribution was large greatly in clones and a little clones had no gamete contribution to the whole gamete pool. From main component analyses we got three main factors : the male flower factor, the factor of cone number and the factor of cone shape ; the pass way analyses show the determinant index from 16 quantitative traits of Aoc are necessarily bound up with the number of male and female flowers(dAFF-AOC = 0. 43 ,dAFF-AOC =0. 363 ).
