摘　　要：蓝海战略挑战常规见识,改变了行业传统的思维定势,开创了未知的市场空间,摆脱了红海的血腥竞争,其价值创新更是创造了买方和企业自身的双赢结果。蓝海战略虽然产生于管理领域,发展于经济领域,但其思想的精髓却可以引入到图书情报领域,对其和谐发展有着重要的理论指导意义。BlueOcean strategy challenges routine experience, changes traditional thoughts set in the industry, starts the unknown marketplace space, shakes off the Red Sea bloody competes, and value innovation is to have created the buyer and enterprise self＇s win-win result. Though BlueOcean strategy produces in the management area, develops in the economic field, But the essence of his thinking can be introduced to the library arid information field, if has important theory guiding significance to whose harmonious development.
