摘　　要：数字权益管理在网络环境下保障版权人权益的同时,挤压了合理使用的空间,造成了网络环境下版权人与信息使用者之间的利益不平衡。通过对DRM与合理利用之间的冲突分析,提出了解决问题的对策。While protecting the rights of copyright owner under network environment, the digital right management squeezes the space of fair use, and the result of it is the benefit between the copyright owner and the information user is unbalanced. By analyzing the conflict between the digital right management and fair use, this article puts forward countermeasures to solve this problem.
