摘 要:广东省是脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)高发区,1985~1993年各年都有流行,历年流行的脊灰野毒株均为I型病毒。在历年来分离的流行病毒株中,选择不同时期的I型脊灰病毒22株做PCR-RFLP分析,发现广东省脊灰I型流行株共有9种电泳图谱类型,显示了在基因水平上的多样性。根据PCR-RFLP分析结果又选择了其中9株代表株,对其VP1编码区300个核苷酸进行序列分析,结果显示各年的流行株间序列有差异。此结果表明,广东省脊灰流行与多种基因型脊灰病毒的存在有关,但口服脊灰疫苗(OPV)形成的免疫屏障可阻断脊灰野病毒的传播。 From 1985 to 1993,poliomyelitis outbreak occurred annually in Guangdong Province All the epidemic strains were wild type I polioviruses, 22 epidemic strains were analyzed by PCR-RFLP and 9 types of electrophoresis profile were shown 300 nucleotides in VP1 coding region (nucleotides 2,480-2,779) of 9 representative epidemic strains were compared with each other by sequence analysis It showed clearly that the genotypes of polioviruses isolated from each outbreak were differentThis study indicates that there will bean outbreak when the poliovirus with a new genotype circulated, but the high OPV covergage rate is able to prevent the spread of wild type poliovirus
