摘　　要：分析了某刹车盘用挤压浸渗工艺成型的可行性,依据刹车盘零件图设计了挤压浸渗工艺的锻件结构,根据挤压工艺要求设计了刹车盘模具和模架,模具结构合理,生产的零件符合要求,且模架可用于不同类型的刹车盘模具。The feasibility for forming a brake disc by using extrusion casting and liquid infiltration process was analyzed. The forging structure for the shaping was designed according to the compo- nent profile and a die was developed based on requirements for the extrusion process. The die sets can also be used in extrusion casting and liquid infiltration for other brake discs.
