摘　　要：介绍了汽车制动系统增压器泵体的结构、成型工艺特点和生产要求,设计的泵体压铸模结构紧凑,材料选用合理,采用四滑道侧抽芯机构抽芯,冷却水路布局合理。经生产实践,模具工作可靠,操作方便,成型铸件质量好。A die-casting die was designed for a pump body in an automotive braking system based on its structure, capability, characteristics of forming technology and technical requirements. The die has a compact structure, suitable materials and cooling water channel. And a mechanism with four slipways for side core-pulling was adopted. The die is simplified in structure and easy in operation.
