摘 要:目的分离纯化灰树花子实体多糖并进行药理研究。方法用水提醇沉的方法制得灰树花粗品,并进一步除色素、蛋白;并考察其对遗传型2型糖尿病Kkay小鼠和高能量饮食加链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病小鼠模型的治疗作用。结果多糖的含量为82.2%,蛋白含量为1.28%。灰树花子实体多糖对2型糖尿病Kkay小鼠和链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠具有治疗和免疫调节作用。结论灰树花多糖具有较好的降血糖作用,可被开发成降血糖类辅助性药物。Objective To study the effects of Grifola fromdosa maitake polysacharides on mice with 2-diabetes. Method Polysaccharides were prepared by using water extraction and ethanol precipitation method. The crude extract was purified by removing pigment and protein. The research was carried on Kkay mice and streptozotocin-induced 2- diabetes mice. Results The content of polysaccharides was 82.2 %. Polysaccharides were effective on mice with 2-diabetes. Conclusion Polysaccharides of maitake were effective in deceasing blood glucose and have a potential to be developed into a medicine for 2-diabetes treatment.
