摘　　要：各国(地区)竞争优势源于产业集群。产业集群是纺织服装产业组织结构的重要形式,随着我国沿海纺织服装产业向中西部转移,河南纺织服装业加速聚集的趋势进一步显现。笔者研究了河南纺织服装产业集群的分布,各地纺织产业服装产业集群区特征与优劣势,并运用波特的"钻石模型"对河南纺织服装产业集群的竞争力进行了综合分析。The competitive advantages of every country（area） originate from industry cluster. Industry cluster is the most important form of organization structure in textile and clothing industry. As the coastal textile and clothing industry moves to the middle and western areas of our country, the tendency of rapid gathering in Henan textile and clothing industry is becoming more and more obvious. The author studies the cluster distribution of Henan textile and clothing industry, the cluster characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of textile and clothing industry in each area and analyzes comprehensively the cluster competitive power of Henan textile and clothing industry with Porter~ Diamond Model.
