打工回流对农区经济发展影响的理论研究新视角

摘　　要：从系统的理论视角对打工回流者对农区影响的研究成果较少见,本文从经济增长理论视角并基于前人的研究成果,结合区域经济发展要素,总结出回流者对农区的四种影响途径——物质资本、人力资本、社会资本、劳动和土地;以四种联系渠道为基础,基于单个回流者的微观视角,导出回流者对农区发展的综合影响模式;回流者对农区的影响具有多样性、扩散性、区域性、时间性与持续性的特点;基于单个回流者这一更加细化的分析视角对解释回流对农区的影响具有特殊作用。There are few research achievements about the impact of farmer worker returnees on rural areas from the perspective of systemic theories. The author summarizes four influences of farmer worker returnees on rural areas material capital, human capital, social capital and labor and land, based on existing researches in combination with the factors of regional economic development from the perspective of economic growth theories. On the basis of four contacting channels ,from the micro perspective of individual returnee, the model for the comprehensive effect of returnees on the development of rural areas is educed ; the influences of returnees on rural areas have the characteristics of diversity, diffusibility, regionality, timeliness and continuity ;the analysis perspective based on individual returnees may have special effect on explaining the influence of returnees on rural areas.
