摘 要:全面地介绍了当前国内外配电网优化规划的研究现状。对配电网规划模型从时间、物理结构、经济性、可靠性4个方面进行分类研究,并归结为从输入或输出角度进行考虑的两大类模型;将优化方法分为经典数学方法和启发式方法等类别。其中现代启发式算法若对线路进行编码计算,通常需要对网络的辐射性、连通性进行检验及修复,从而影响算法效率,指出可考虑采用树型结构编码进行计算。最后介绍了配电网规划研究中已出现及可能会出现的如:基于接线模式的配电网规划,中压配电网电压等级过渡等5方面课题。This paper surveys the research actuality of distribution network optimal planning in the world. First, model of distribution network is studied from time, physical structure, reliability and economy, etc. Considering from input variable and output variable all these models can be divided into two kinds. Then, the optimal method is divided into classic mathematic method and heuristic method, etc. Among them, the modern heuristic algorithm often needs the inspection of connectivity and being radial in connection of network, and even needs the repairing of network, if the lines are encoded as genes to form chromosomes. So the efficiency is reduced. It is indicated that tree structure encoding may be adopted in the distribution network planning. Finally, 5 new research tasks in this domain are proposed, such as distribution network planning based on connection mode, the transition of voltage levels in medium voltage distribution network and so on.
