水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器磨损失效研究

摘　　要：对某电厂670t/h锅炉直流浓淡煤粉燃烧器喷口和浓缩器叶片的表面磨损、材质以及微观磨损形貌进行了分析,在此基础上对燃烧器的喷口和浓缩器叶片磨损方式进行了比较试验。试验结果表明,燃烧器喷口磨损失效以氧化磨损为主,浓缩器叶片磨损失效以冲击磨料磨损为主。The paper analyzed the surface abrasion, materials and microcosmic abrasion appearance of straight-flow bias coal burner tip and concentrator blade for a 670t/h boiler in a power plant, the analysis and contrast tests in their abrasion mode were done based on the results motioned above. The tested results showed that the abrasion failure of burner tip shows oxidative wear while concentrator is impacting grinding wear.
