摘　　要：本文阐述并分析了美国市场股票交易即时行情通过网络传播的收费模式现状以及相应的监管动态,试图通过展现各方利益的博弈来揭示股票交易即时行情未能在网络媒介实现广泛传播的深层次原因,提出了在行情信息权利保护与交易所履行公共职责之间实现平衡的解决思路。The paper studies three current charging modes on distributing real-time stock trading data through the internet as well as the related supervision environments in the U.S.A. It tries to disclose the major cause which impedes real-time stock trading data from spreading through the internet in a free way by setting out the fierce battle between the interest-involved participants. Finally, this paper points out that to realize a balance between the protection of the rights on stock trading data and the public obligations undertook by the stock exchange can settle the long-term dispute effectively.
