摘　　要：实时荧光定量PCR(real-time fuorescent quantitative PCR,FQ-PCR)是近年来定量PCR技术中兴起的最新定量检测技术,因其具有灵敏性高、特异性强、结果精确、反应快速、安全可靠等优点,现已广泛应用于医学和生命科学的各个研究领域,论文就实时荧光PCR技术的主要原理、分类方法以及在转基因产品检测中的应用等进行简要综述。Real-time quantitative PCR （real-time fuorescent quantitative PCR, FQ-PCR） is the latest quantitative detection technology in recent years. For the advantages of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, rapid- ness and securacy,FQ-PCR has been widely applied in the medicine and the life science research areas. This article reviewed the main principle, classification and application of the quantitative RT-PCR in the detection of transgene products.
