摘　　要：采用高碱度炉渣、直接脱氧和扩散脱氧相结合的超低氧钢生产工艺、稳定的增氮增硫技术、控制硫偏析的连铸工艺,成功开发了轿车发动机连杆用易切削非调质钢YF35MnV,该钢种的各项性能指标满足轿车连杆用钢的要求。The easy - cutting non - quenched - and - tempered steel YF35MnV for car engine connecting rod is developed successfully with super - low - oxygen steel making process, which uses high - basicity slag and combination of direct and diffusion deoxidation, steady nitrogen - increasing and sulphur - increasing technique, a continuous casting process being able to control segregation of sulphur. It can meet the demands for its various properties.
