奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶/亚叶酸钙治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察国产奥沙利铂(L-DHP)联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)及亚叶酸钙(CF)治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效。方法采用FOLFOX4双周方案治疗老年晚期胃癌50例。结果完全缓解(CR)3例,部分缓解(PR)19例,稳定(SD)17例,进展(PD)6例。有效率(CR+PR)48.9%。本组主要不良反应为消化道反应,血液学毒性,感觉异常等。结论FOLFOX4双周方案治疗老年晚期胃癌近期疗效确切,毒副反应可以耐受,对老年患者作为一种治疗上的选择,可显著改善患者的临床症状和提高生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of FOLFOX4 regimen consisting oxaliplatin （L-OHP） combined with 5-fluorouracil（5-FU）/leucovorin（CF） in the treatment of patients with old advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods There were 56 patients with old advanced gastric carcinoma respective FOLFOX4 regimen. Results Of the 50 patients qualified for efficacy analysis,the overall response rate was 48.9%,including 3 cases of CR, 19 cases of PR, 17 cases of SD,6 cases of PD. The major side effect was the toxicity of nausea/vomiting, neutropenia, myelosuppression. Conclusion FOLFOX4 is a high response regimen for old advanced gastric with mild toxicity , which can be practiced safely. It is especially suitable for elderly patients .
