封闭式负压冲吸治疗坐骨直肠间隙脓肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察坐骨直肠间隙脓肿切开引流术后采用两种不同治疗方式的疗效。方法将30例坐骨直肠间隙脓肿患者随机分为封闭式负压冲吸器治疗组(实验组)15例和传统的凡士林纱布换药治疗组(对照组)15例,比较两组患者的换药次数、切口长度、创腔愈合天数和治疗费用。结果两组患者全部治愈。但实验组所需的伤口长度、换药次数、创腔愈合天数、治疗费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用封闭式负压冲吸治疗坐骨直肠间隙脓肿是高效、经济可行的方法,可有效地提高临床护理的质量,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To compare therapeutic effects of two dressing change methods in patients with incision and drainage for ischiorectal abscess. Methods Thirty cases with isehiorectal abscess were evenly divided into closed washing and aspiration device treatment group （experimental group, n =15） and the traditional treatment by dressing with kpetrolatum gauze group （control group, n = 15）. Dressing frequency, length of incision, days of wound healing, treatment cost were compared between two groups. Results All cases in two groups recovered. The dressing frequency, length of incision,days of wound healing and treatment cost in experimental group were significantly shorter or lower than those in control group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Closed negative pressure washing and aspiration is an efficient, economic and feasible method in treating ischiorectal abscess. And it could effectively improve nursing qualities and reduce the patients＇ sufferings.
