摘  要:目的研究白头翁提取物(BTW)对小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CCl4诱导小鼠肝损伤模型,药物预防性实验,通过测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、黄嘌呤氧化酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶活性以及肝组织形态学变化为指标,观察白头翁提取物对肝损伤的保护作用。结果白头翁提取物能明显降低肝损伤小鼠的血清ALT,AST和肝匀浆MDA含量,肝匀浆XOD活性,提高GSH活性,肝组织病理变化明显减轻。结论白头翁提取物具有明显的保护肝脏作用,其机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。Objective To study the protective effect of BTW on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice. Methods Mice were administracted with BTW ip respectively 20 mg·kg^-1 and 40 mg·kg^-1 daily for 14 d, and then actue liver injury model was induced by 0. 1% CCl4 ip 20 mL·kg^-1 . After 16 h, mice were killed and through the measurement of activity of serum ALT and AST, and the content of MDA, XOD and GSH in liver was also detected. Results BTW could significantly reduce the level of serum ALT and AST, reduce MDA and inhibit XOD, increase GSH activity in liver tissue. Tissue of hepatocytes was obviously prevented in mice by treated with BTW. Conclusion BTW had inhibitory effects on liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice, its mechanism may be related with its effects of reducing lipid peroxidation product.
