摘　　要：ArcGIS Server9.2作为ESRI公司推出的一个创建企业级的GIS应用平台,提供了一个非常方便的开发方式,无需编程就可以创建Web GIS应用。其中最具特点就是构建Tasks的应用,Tasks的出现告别了繁琐的编程模式的WebGIS开发方式,使地理信息服务变得简单易用。本论文主要阐述了ArcGIS Server9.2中最关键的技术Task的研究与应用,并就构建Tasks,及涉及到的Modelbuilder和地理处理进行了较为详细的介绍。同时通过实例,以及与传统的代码编写来进行功能的实现作出比较,更体现出了Tasks技术的优越性。ArcGIS Server 9.2 is a platform for building enterprise geographic information system applications. It provides a very convenient way of development and can construct Web GIS application without programming. One of the most significant characteristics is creating the Tasks without tedious programming. Tasks can be used to build geographic information services easily. This article elaborated the research and application of the most essential technology of ArcGIS Server 9.2 -Tasks, and defined the ModelBuilder and Geoprocessing when you created the tasks. At last, the advantage of tasks were materialized throught the sample and the comparison with the traditional code-writing to relize a function.
