摘　　要：本文首先分析了土地变更调查的必要性以及传统土地变更调查的缺陷,介绍了当今国内外土地变更调查的发展趋势和方向,将"3S"技术用于土地变更调查的技术路线以及在"3S"技术的支持下GPS-PDA用于土地变更调查的工作流程;最后用一个实例说明了整个系统工作过程及其优势。In this article, the necessity of land changing survey and disadvantage of traditional land changing survey are analysed firstly. Secondly, the development trends and direction of home and abroad in land changing survey are introduced. Thirdly, the technical route of 3S technology in land changing survey and the work procedure of GPS-PDA used in the land changing survey based on the 3S technology is narrated. Finally, the work procedure for whole system as well as its advantage is indicated with a practical example.
