摘　　要：以精益生产核心思想持续改善为指导,分析了太平洋公司采用精益生产的必要性,针对生产线不平衡的现状通过改善设备的布置得以解决,并对外协厂剥工件外皮的计数工序采用灰色关联分析方法进行评价得出最优方案,达到了提高企业生产效率、增加企业经济效益的目的.此外,通过在太平洋公司应用精益生产,总结出实施过程中需要注意的事项,为日后相关企业应用精益生产提供参考.Owing to the progressive improvement, the Pacific Company is first analyzed based on lean production. To enhance the enterprise＇s productivity and economic efficiency, the equipment layout is then improved for resolving the production-line imbalance. Specifically for outsoureing, the counting process for peeling workpiece scarfskin is evaluated via grey correlation analysis. Eventually, the implementation guidelines are obtained based on the Pacific Company＇s practice. Therefore, this lean-production-based approach presents an example for relevant enterprises.
