摘　　要：从德国环保政策的发展背景与新趋势、政治体制及对生态节能建筑资助政策的影响、生态节能建筑相关法律法规、国家对于生态建筑的资助措施以及十万太阳能屋顶计划等五方面对德国生态节能建筑先进性的动因进行剖析。This paper makes analysis of the background of development of German environmental protection policy and new trend; political system and influences of financial aid on eco-energy-saving building, relevant laws and statotes, national aid measures, plan of Hundred Thousand Solar Roofs, as well as the influence of these five aspects on German advanced eco-energy-saving building.
