摘　　要：结合我国冬季竞技体育后备人才培养现状和运动训练工作的实际需要,从将综合素质教育思想融入到竞技体育后备人才训练的重要性入手,论述了我国冬季竞技体育后备人才运动训练与德育、智育、心理教育、美育及劳动教育的辩证关系。在我国冬季竞技体育后备人才的运动训练中,必须激发青少年运动员刻苦训练、攀登运动技术高峰的内在思想动机并化为自觉行动;必须启发青少年运动员学习和掌握运动技术的智力运用,培养具有智力教育支持的全面发展的体育人才;不仅要培养青少年运动员具有过硬的运动技能,更要培养其具有出色的心理能力;引入美育,促进青少年运动员身体机能协调发展,激发青少年运动员创造美好事物的热情和力量;通过劳动教育,培养青少年运动员学会发展等能力。只有具备一定的综合素质,才能成为全面发展的竞技体育高水平人才,才能适应现代社会对体育人才的需求。Considering the current status and actual need of the reserve training work in China winter competitive sports, starting with the importance of enhancing the general quality training , the article discusses the dialectic relationship between the reserve training and the moral, intellectual, psychological, aesthetic and work education. In the reserve training of China winter competitive sports, it must excite the juvenile athletes to transform the thought motive into conscious action for developing their sports technique by assiduous training, to learn the ingenious application of sports technique. For bringing up the all - round developed athletes by the support of intellectual education, it＇s necessary to develop them not only with well sports skill, but aslo with well psychological quality. The aesthetic education may advance the juvenile athletes＂ harmonization of physical function and excite their interest in creating the niceness. The work education may help them learn how to develop. Only with a relevant general quality, can the juvenile athlete become a comprehensive developed high - level one in competitive sports and satisfy the requirement of the modern society for the sports persons with ability.
