摘 要:通过速滑课多年的教学实践,总结出学生的身体素质、学生的心理素质、传统教学方式、师生之间的主客体关系在教学中存在矛盾以及课堂教学"一刀切"现象普遍存在等影响高校速滑课教学效果的主要因素,提出形成规范化教学的制度约束机制、发挥以学生为本的主体教学模式的独特作用、充分利用多媒体教学有效辅助手段以及拓展课堂教学模式等提高高校冰上课教学效果的有效措施,为提高高校速滑课教学质量提供参考。Basing on the muhi - years teaching experience of speed skating in universities, the article summarizes some influencing factors on the teaching effect, such as the undergraduates'physical and psychological quality, the traditional teaching means, the relationship between the students and the teachers, the prevalent phenomenon of single teaching model. It suggests to upbuild a system restraint mechanism for the standardization of teaching, to encourage the unique function of teaching model with the main role of students, to make full use of the assistant method with the multimedia teaching, to widen the teaching means in speed skating curriculum, which countermeasures is as a reference for improving the teaching effect of speed skating in universities.
