摘 要:为了使黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业能够更快、更好的发展,采用定性分析、走访调查、定量分析的方法,对黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业竞争力的现状进行了研究。认为黑龙江省从冰雪资源、产业规模等方面虽然具备一定的优势,但也存在许多不足,面临严峻的竞争压力和挑战;评述了黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业的国内、国际发展环境;提出了加强政府宏观调控作用、建设特色滑雪场、加大营销力度、企业走集团化发展道路和不断进行产品创新等对策提升黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业竞争力。For faster and better developing the ice - snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang province, considering the specific character of ice - snow tourism and basing on the decisive factor model of regional industry competitive power, the article puts forward a decisive factor model of ice - snow tourism industry competitive power by analyzing the development process of the competitive power theory about the tourism industry. With the methods of qualitative analysis, investigation and quantitative analysis, it discusses the current status of ice - snow tourism industry competitive power in Heilongjiang province and thinks that it has ad- vantage position in aspects of icesnow resource, industry scale and development environment, but there also are many shortages. For enhancing the competitive power of ice - snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang province, it suggests to have some improvement in aspects of government macro control, ski resorts feature, marketing force, enterprise collectivization and product innovation.
