摘　　要：江泽民同志的法制思想具有鲜明的特征,依法治国、以德治促法制、与时俱进,推进法制建设、坚持社会主义法制建设的方向是其具体内容。准确把握江泽民同志法制思想的特征,对于我们领会中国特色社会主义理论体系,促进社会主义法制建设,建立和谐社会,都具有重大意义。Comrade Jiang Zemin＇s thinking of the legal system has distinctive characteristics, the rule of law and the rule of virtue to promote the rule of law, advancing with the times and promote the building of the legal system, the socialist legal construction in the direction of its specific contents.
