摘　　要：对科学发展观的本质和核心进行简要分析,指出新闻本质的回归需要以人为本的精神,在新闻实践中贯彻以人为本的科学发展观要从"中央精神解读"层面提高到"遵循新闻规律"层面。同时探讨了如何在工作实践中贯彻落实"以人为本"的科学发展观。This paper gives a brief analysis on the essence and core of the scientific development concept, points out that the news-nature return needs ＂people-oriented＂ spirit, and then stresses the necessary from level of ＂central spirit read＂ to ＂follow the news rule＂ in order to implement the scientific development concept of ＂people-oriented＂ in news practice. The paper also poses some suggestion on how to implement the ＂people-oriented＂ scientific development concept in practice.
