摘  要:目的:研究新生儿窒息对患儿胃肠道功能的损害。方法:通过对窒息新生儿的胃液进行胃液颜色、气味、黏液含量、pH值、分层情况、隐血试验、乳酸及胃蛋白酶观察或检测。结果:112例标本中,16例(14%)液颜色呈棕褐色、红色或咖啡色;28例(25%)胃液无酸味;27例(24%)pH值升高至3.5~7.0,为低酸;1例pH值升高至7.0以上,为无酸;56例(50%)黏液含量增多;65例(58%)分层明显,上层为黏液,中层为胃液,下层为血液或咽下物;18例(16%)隐血试验阳性;112例(100%)乳酸定性试验呈阴性;34例(30%)胃蛋白酶降低。结论:新生儿窒息可导致应激性溃疡、消化能力不足、蠕动功能障碍及感染四种胃肠功能损害。Objective: To study the harm of neonatal asphyxia to the function of gastrointestinal tract. Method: Observe and detect the color, smell, content of grume, pH value, laycred phenomenon, ocult blood test, latic acid and pepsin of the asphyxiant newborn's gastric juice. Results: Among 112 cases of Neonatal Asphyxia, 14% gastric juice was chocolate brown, red or coffee;25% doesn't smell acid. 24% pH Value hoists to 3.5-7.0, which is low acid. One pH Value hoists to above 7.0, which is anacidity. 50% contentof grume is increased; 58% lays obviously, upper layer grume, middle layer gastric juice, under layer blood or hypopharyngeal things. 16% the result of ocult blood test is positive.100% latic acid deterministic test is negative; 30% pepsin depressd. Conclusions: Neonatal asphyxia can lead to stess ulcer, poor digestion, hypanakinesis and infection of gastrointestinal tract.
