摘　　要：目的:探讨AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法:对应用AF系统治疗的94例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组病例手术均成功,术后伤口均一期愈合,无伤口感染,无脑脊液漏。经过6～10个月随访,术后伤椎椎体前缘高度为(95.21±2.53)%。椎体后缘高度为(96.32±1.52)%。术后脊椎后凸Cobb's角为7.51°±2.37°。术后神经功能都有不同程度的恢复。结论: AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折安全有效。Objective： To study the clinical effect of AF system in treatment of fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra. Method： The clinical data of 94 cases with fracture of thoralumbar vertebra treated with AF system were retrospectively analysed. Results： All the cases operation were successful, and the operation wounds were all primary haling without infection and leakage of cerebrospinal fluid with six to ten months follow-up, the height of anterior border of injury centrum was （95.21±2.53）%, and that of posterior border was （96.32±1.53）%. After the treatment, the post convex of cobb＇s comu was （7.51±2.37）°. The function of nervous system had been recovered in different degree.Conclusions： It was safe and effective to treat the fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra with AF system interal fixation.
