HPLC法测定2年生黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立一种准确、简便测定黄芪甲苷含量的分析方法。方法:色谱柱为Nucleosil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水=1:2;流速为0.8ml/min;检测波长为205nm;速度为0.4mm/min。灵敏度为0.1 AUFS,测定了黄芪甲苷的含量.平均回收率为96.1%,RSD为2.15%。结果:样品浓度在0.01～0.2mg\ml之间与峰面积成良好的线性关系。结论:本方法的重复性好、精密度高、稳定性强。Objective： Establishes one kind accurately,easily to determine Astragaloside the content the analysis method.Method：The chromatographic column is Nucleodil the C18 column （4.6×250mm,5 m）;Flowing for methyl cyanide-water=1：2; The speed of flow is 0.8ml/min; The examination wave length is 205 nm;The speed is 0.4mm/min. The sensitivity is 0.1 AUFS, has determined the Astragaloside content.The average returns-ratio is 96.1%,RSD is 2.15%. Results： Sample density in 0.01-0.2mg／ml becomes the good linear relationship with the peak area. Conclusions： This method＇s duplication is good,accuracy high,stable.
