摘 要:以硅酸盐结构形成剂、高活性微晶增强剂、活性超微粉增强剂、玻璃纤维增韧剂、JB-1型触变调节剂和缓速剂等复配制备了 HS-1封窜剂,确定了封窜剂浆液最佳水灰比为0.6—0.9,JB-1型触变调节剂最佳加量为0.3%-0.4%。评价实验表明,该封窜剂具有较强的触变性、驻留性、封堵性和抗压性能。现场应用表明,该封窜技术可以有效封堵管外窜槽,截止目前,该技术已累计现场应用11井次,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%,累计增油量10 376.2 t,降水量26 872.1 m^3,增油效果显著。The HS - 1 channeling sealing agent was prepared using structure - forming agent, high - active reinforcing agent, fiberglass flexibilizer, JB- 1 thixotropic agent, and retardant, etc. Optimal water/solid ratio of the channeling sealing agent slurry and dosage of JB - 1 thixotropic agent were determined, respectively 0.6 -0.9, 0.3% -0.4%. Evaluation result indicated that the channeling sealing agent has high compressive strength, good residing property and thixotropy, strong blocking capability, and so on. The field application indicated the technology could seal outer interzonal channels validly. So far, this technology had been used in 11 wells, the success ratio is 100% and the efficiency ratio is 100% too, the increment of oil production is 10 376.2 t and the descendent of water production is 26 872.1 m^3, and the application effect is prominent.
