摘 要:以丙烯酰胺、甲醛、亚硫酸氢钠为原料,合成了阴离子单体磺甲基丙烯酰胺(SMAM)。再以丙烯酰胺(AM)、阳离子单体 HMC-1、磺甲基丙烯酰胺为原料,合成了 AM/HMC-1/SMAM三元共聚物降失水剂。研究了单体配比、引发剂加量、反应温度对产品性能的影响,确定了该降失水剂最佳合成条件:阳离子度30%,阴离子度60%,反应温度60℃,过硫酸铵引发剂加量0.3%。结果表明,加入该降失水剂后,泥浆失水量明显降低,而且泥浆具有较好的流变性。An anion monomer sulfomethyl acrylamide (SMAM) was synthesized with acrylamide, formaldehyde, and sodium bisulfite as raw materials. A terpolymer fluid loss additive AM/HMC - 1/SMAM was further synthesized using acrylamide( AM), cation monomer HMC - 1, and SMAM as materials. The effects of the ratio of monomers, amount of initiator, and reaction temperature on the product performances were investigated. The optimum synthetic condition was as follows: cation degree 30%, anion degree 60%, reaction temperature 60℃, and initiator ammonium persulfate 0.3%. The research result showed that water loss of mud was decreased greatly and the mud possessed good rheological property after adding the terpolymer fluid loss reducer.
