摘 要:针对胜利油田庄113-平1油井的废弃水基钻井液进行了室内固化处理,确定了固化剂体系组成及最佳用量:水泥加量40%、粉煤灰加量30%、(?)土加量10%、氧化钙加量2%,在此条件下,废弃钻井液的固化处理效果最好。固化物的浸出液检测结果表明,其 COD 值为110 mg/L,达到国家污水排放标准。此固化处理方法成本低廉,操作简单,具有较好的经济与环境效益。A solidification treatment technology was developed aiming at abandoned water - based drilling fluid from Zhuang 113 -Ping 1 Well in Shengli Oilfield. The composition and optimum adding amount of the solidifying agent system were determined as follows: cement 40%, coal ash 30%, bentonite 10%, and calcium oxide 2%. The most effective solidification treatment was achieved under above conditions. The examining result on leached out fluid of the solidified substance showed that its COD was 110 mg/L and met the national standard (GB8978 -1996). The treatment technology was environment -friendly, low cost , simple , and so has good social and economic benefit.
