摘　　要：介绍CANopen通讯协议的技术特点,设计基于CANopen的路面破碎机总线通讯系统,该系统主要由EPEC控制器、发动机ECU及显示设备构成;定义作为节点的EPEC控制器在该总线通讯系统中的作用,详细阐述各节点之间的数据通讯的程序设计方法;在路面破碎机上对该总线通讯系统进行了调试,结果表明该系统稳定可靠,取得了较好的通信效果.Analyses the technical features of CANopen protocol, designs the structure of the cement breaker communicational system based on CANopen. This system mainly includes the EPEC controllers, the engine ECU and HMI, using the CAN bus system as the data exchanging channels between the units, and explains the role of the nodes in the bus communications system, and elaborates the programming methods to the data sent and receive between the nodes. The results show that the system run stably and reliably on the machine, obtaining the desirable control effection.
