摘 要:循环流化床锅炉水冷壁的热流分布是开发超临界循环流化床锅炉的基础。测量水冷壁背面上的两点温度可以用来大规模测量水冷壁的热流密度。分析了热流密度、床侧温度、水侧换热系数、水侧温度等与水冷壁背面温度差的关系。考察了实际中热电偶布置的位置偏差对热流密度测量计算的影响。The understanding of the heat flux distribution in water wall is the basis for the development of super critical circulating fluidized bed boiler. The heat flux of the water wall can be determined from the temperature difference between two certain points on the rear of wall. The relationship between the temperature difference and heat flux, heat transfer coefficient from the wall to the water within tube, bed temperature, and water temperature is numerically studied. And the error of the predicted heat flux of the water wall with this method is analyzed. Especially the effects of the measured temperature error caused by thermocouples position in the practical installation on the predicted heat flux are discussed.
