摘  要:采用悬浮聚合法制备了甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)/丙烯腈(AN)共聚物,溶液纺丝法纺制纤维。借助FTIR、DMA等分析和讨论了聚(甲基丙烯酸正丁酯/丙烯腈)P(BMA/AN)纤维的结构与性能。结果表明聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(PBMA)纤维耐热性较差,纤维强度较低,对煤油等有机物溶剂的最大吸附量为自重的80%左右,而P(BMA/AN)纤维玻璃化温度有所提高,力学性能有所改进,而对煤油等弱极性有机物溶剂的吸附能力仅略有减小,适量的AN与BMA共聚使PBMA纤维的性能得到了改善。Poly(butyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile) (P (BMA/AN)) were synthesized by suspension polymerization, and the copolymer fibres were prepared by solution spinning. Studies on the structures and properties of copolymer fibres were conducted through FTIR analysis as well as DMA analysis. The poor heat resistance property of fibre prepared by PBMA was found as well as the poor mechanical property. The fibre shows good absorbency for specific kinds of organic solvent ,which the maximum absorbency of kerosene is as weight as 80% of the fibre. In case of the copolymerization of BMA and AN, the heat resistance and mechanical properties of copolymer fibres were improved remarkably,though the absorptive ability for kerosene was decreased a little. It is noted that the properties of the PBMA fiber are improved by the copolymerization of AN and BMA.
