摘  要:采用化学镀的方法制备了CoP/insulator/BeCu复合结构丝,对样品进行电流退火热处理。通过自构建一定的回路,样品分别在频率为60.0MHz时出现了80.0%的LCR类并联共振和79.6MHz时出现了793.1%的LCR类串联共振。根据混联共振样品的特征建立了等效回路模型,利用模型对样品的混联共振型巨磁阻抗效应机理以及共振频率点的位置进行分析,理论与实验值吻合得较好。By controlling the process conditions, the CoP/Insulator/BeCu composite wires have been prepared by electroless-deposition on polyester-coated BeCu wires. The as-deposited sample was treated with current annealing. The composite wire constructs complicated LCR reasonant circuit by itself. It was obsevered that an imped- ance change of 80.0 % at 60 MHz caused by analogic parallel resonance. Due to the analogic serial resonance, the maximum GMI ratio reaches 793. 1% at 79.6 MHz, which is much higher than ordinary sample's GMI value at the same frequence. By using the equivalent circuit, this complicated reasonant GMI phenomenon and reasonant point was analyzed. Their results agree well with each other.
